Peonies
Peonies
These are the last of my Peonies for this season, I sat in the backyard awhile back and had a great time attempting to capture their essence. Next up will be the Sweet Peas or Dahlias.
Such a different subject but gloriously painted . That shadow and the fallen petals add so much life to this work ! Sweet Peas are one of my favorite summer flowers, just love the scent. Tried different times to paint them, but wasn't able, hope to see you do a painting of them :-)
