| Sweet Pea Plein Air |
I love sweet peas. You can put a small bouquet of them in a room and they fill the space with their heavenly scent. Sitting by these will painting was a wonderful experience. I will miss them when the frosts come but look forward to them again next year. I have been saving their seeds to plant for a few years now.

One of my favorite summer flowers too ! Yes, you just need one to fill the room with scent, so good ! I tried to paint them several times but never succeeded in making anything that looked like a sweet pea, but yours are lovely and seemingly effortless !
Thank you Jane. My approach to painting them was to slather the paint on with a painting knife, one of my favourite tools!
